Try before you buy

Every feature of Nevisel is free for 45 days, with no account and no card. We would rather you find out in the trial whether Nevisel fits your work than ask for your money back.

14 days, for any reason

If you are not happy with a license you bought, ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase and you get the full amount back, including any tax charged. You do not need to give a reason.

• To ask: use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or find your order at paddle.net, or email us with your order number.
• How it is paid: Paddle refunds the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
• Several licenses: an organization can return all the licenses in an order, or only the ones it does not need, within the same 14 days.

After 14 days

Purchases are final after 14 days, except where the law where you live gives you more. Duplicate charges and billing mistakes are always refunded, whenever you notice them.

No automatic renewal

Licenses do not renew automatically. A license runs for 12 months, followed by 45 days of grace; to keep using Nevisel after that, you buy a new license. We never charge you again without a new purchase.

Your license after a refund

When a purchase is refunded, the licenses it bought end, and their keys may no longer be used, as the license agreement says. Your snippets and notes stay on your computer and stay yours.
